We now cook meal prep out of the same kitchen. Ten chef-cooked meals a week, every one built to the same spec: 50-60 g of protein, 400-600 calories, macros printed right on the box. Cooked Monday over the same red oak fire the truck has run since 2017, then picked up Tuesday at the truck, 8 AM to 2 PM, or delivered anywhere in North Orange County for a flat $10. First box of ten is $90 for new customers, $120 after that, all prices plus tax. Orders close 6 PM Saturday. $10 flat Tuesday delivery covers Santa Ana, Anaheim, Orange, Tustin, Garden Grove and Fullerton - one fee per order, not per box. Pickup at the truck is always free.
