Catering by Tacos El Gringo, since 2017
We have run the red oak fire on the corner of 4th and Sycamore in Santa Ana since 2017, and we bring the same cooking to offices, backyards, schools and company events across Orange County - more than 30 on-site events since the start of last year, from 10 people to 150.
ON-SITE TAQUERO SERVICE. We set up at your event and cook to order. Street Taco Bar from $19 per person, Taco Bar $22, Fiesta Bar $26, El Patron $32. Two hours of service, tortillas warmed on the spot, rice and beans, house salsas, plates, napkins and utensils included. Add-ons: agua frescas $3 per person, elote $3.50, quesadillas or mulitas $2.50, mini churros $2, premium protein $4, bartender $325, extra service hour $150. Travel fee $75 (15-30 miles) or $150 (30+ miles).
DROP-OFF CATERING. Breakfast burrito bars from $12 per person, individually boxed breakfast or lunch burritos from $13, a self-serve taco bar from $19 per person, and hot trays that feed 18-20 (full) or 8-10 (half). Drop-off orders can be placed online and need 24 hours notice. Drop-off orders do not include plates, napkins or utensils - those come with on-site service.
An 18% service charge applies to all on-site catering orders and is itemized on your invoice before you pay the deposit. It covers on-site staffing, setup, service and cleanup for your event. It does not apply to drop-off orders. A 30% deposit holds your date. All prices are before California sales tax.
