A half tray feeds about 10–12 people, a full tray about 20–25. Meat trays come with warm tortillas, house salsa, onion, cilantro and limes.

How much does taco catering cost in Orange County?
Drop-off trays start at $60 for a half tray of rice or beans and $80 for a half tray of al pastor or pollo asado. Office taco bars run $19–23 per person, and on-site taco service starts at $19 per person for 50 guests or more.
How far ahead should I book?
Trays and office packages can be ordered online with 24 hours' notice. For weddings, quinceañeras and large on-site events, book as early as you can so we can hold your date.
Do you bring the truck to events?
Yes. Our on-site taquero service cooks everything fresh at your event, with two hours of serving time on most packages and three with El Patrón.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes. Our Peruvian beans are vegan-friendly, potato tacos and bean & cheese burritos are vegetarian, and the Vegetarian Breky Burrito works for breakfast events.
Are plates and utensils included?
They're included with on-site catering. Drop-off trays and office packages don't include them or chafing racks; disposable chafing displays are $25 per tray.
